Return Policy

You can return your product(s) up to  14 days from the original date of purchasing. All merchandise must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on charcoal, fire starters or wood chunks. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase.

A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be postmarked within 14 days from the original date of purchasing.

No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after  14 days of the original date of shipment.

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from BBQ4YOU via website: staging.bbq4you.ie . If you made your purchase through an authorized BBQ4YOU dealer, please contact the dealer directly for information regarding their return policy.
