Ideal for cold smoking fish, meat, seasoning, nuts and other products. The fully loaded generator holds around 200 g or 0.5 L of sawdust ensuring burning time of up to 20 hours. It is made of high quality stainless steel and can be used in all closed-type grills and smokeries. Dimensions: 250x250x50mm.

When everything is ready for smoking, place the chips into the smoker box or wrap them in pierced foil and place onto embers or charcoal. When the chips begin to produce smoke, place food on the grill grate and close the lid. The grill lid must be closed so that the smoked food would acquire as much flavour as possible.
